At Salon Blonde, every appointment is designed to feel calm, personalized, and elevated. Our team carefully reserves time for each guest so we can deliver exceptional results without rushing your experience.

To help us maintain this level of care, we ask that guests review the following policies before their appointment. These guidelines allow us to protect appointment availability, respect the time of our stylists, and ensure every guest enjoys the welcoming environment Salon Blonde is known for.

Reserving Your Appointment

Booking with Salon Blonde is simple and convenient. Guests may schedule appointments online, by phone, or with our guest services team in the salon.

Because our stylists reserve dedicated time for each service, certain appointment types do require a credit card to hold the reservation.

Service pricing listed online reflects starting prices. Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, density, product usage, and the complexity of the service. During your consultation, your stylist will review recommendations and provide transparent pricing before beginning.

Arriving at the Salon

We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can settle in and enjoy your experience.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your stylist may need to modify the service or reschedule the appointment in order to stay on schedule for the next guest.

Whenever possible, please contact the salon if you are running behind so we can assist you.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% service fee, while missed appointments may incur the full service fee.

These policies allow us to offer open appointment times to other guests while respecting the schedules of our stylists.

Guests who frequently cancel appointments may be asked to prepay future bookings.

Service Guarantee & Policy Acknowledgement

At Salon Blonde, we are deeply committed to delivering beautiful results and an exceptional guest experience. Our team takes great care during consultations to understand your goals, evaluate your hair history, and recommend the safest and most effective services for your hair.

Because hair color, cutting, and chemical services involve professional techniques and individualized results, outcomes can vary depending on hair condition, previous treatments, and ongoing home care.

By scheduling and receiving services at Salon Blonde, guests acknowledge the following:

  • All services are performed based on the consultation and agreed-upon service plan.
  • Hair results may vary depending on hair history, integrity, and previous chemical treatments.
  • Adjustments must be requested within five days of the original appointment so our team can review the service and make refinements when appropriate.
  • Services are non-refundable once completed.
  • Cancellation, no-show, and late arrival policies apply to all reserved appointments. 

Our team is pleased to answer questions before your service begins. If you have concerns about your results, we encourage you to contact the salon so we can work together toward the best possible outcome.

Hair Color & Chemical Services

Hair color, blonding services, smoothing treatments, and other chemical services require advanced techniques and individualized formulas.

Results can vary depending on several factors, including previous color history, hair texture, condition, and prior chemical treatments.

To ensure the safest and most successful outcome, guests should provide a complete and accurate hair history during their consultation.

Our stylists reserve the right to modify or postpone services to protect the health of your hair if we suspect any compromise to its integrity.

Professional Product Guarantee

Salon Blonde carries professional hair care products chosen to maintain healthy, beautiful hair between appointments. If a product does not perform as expected, we are pleased to offer exchanges or salon credit within 14 days of purchase.

Products should be returned with a receipt. Retail purchases are not eligible for cash refunds.

Gift Cards

Salon Blonde gift cards make a wonderful gift and are available both in the salon and online.

Gift cards are nonrefundable but may be transferred. They cannot be redeemed for cash, and Salon Blonde is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Children in the Salon

We love welcoming families to Salon Blonde. However, because the salon contains professional tools and chemical services, we ask that children who are not receiving services remain supervised at all times.

For safety reasons, guests should not bring children onto the salon floor unless they have a scheduled appointment.

Service Animals

Salon Blonde complies with ADA guidelines regarding service animals.

Only service animals as defined by ADA regulations are permitted inside the salon. For the comfort of all guests, pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.

Payments & Gratuities

Salon Blonde accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • Cash
  • Zelle
  • Venmo
  • Salon Blonde gift cards

Returned checks are subject to a $50 processing fee.

Gratuities are always appreciated and may be provided in cash or through select digital payment options.

Personal Belongings

While we do our best to maintain a secure environment, Salon Blonde cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. We recommend keeping valuables with you during your visit.

Salon Blonde is committed to providing a calm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest. We kindly ask visitors to help us maintain this environment by keeping noise levels low and treating fellow guests and team members with courtesy and respect.

In order to protect the experience of our guests and the well-being of our team, Salon Blonde reserves the right to modify policies, decline services when necessary, or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
