What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We understand that schedules can change. However, because every appointment is reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled services.
  • Guests who do not arrive for their appointment without prior notice may be charged 100% of the reserved service total.

Providing advance notice allows us to offer that appointment time to another guest while respecting the schedules of our stylists.

Additionally, pets are not permitted inside the salon unless they are certified service animals.

If you have questions or concerns about your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We’ll gladly schedule a follow-up consultation with your original stylist whenever appropriate to ensure you’re happy with your results.
