SERVICE GUARANTEE

Our primary goal is your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact the salon within 5 days of your visit. We will gladly meet with you at the salon for an evaluation with the stylist who provided your original service to determine next steps. Please keep in mind that if your hair needs change after your initial consultation, you may incur additional service charges.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

The payment methods accepted by Salon Blonde include Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks, and cash. All personal checks must be accompanied by official identification, such as a driver’s license.

RETURN CHECK FEE

There is $30 fee for any checks that are returned.

GRATUITY

Service fees do not include gratuity. Gratuities are always appreciated if deemed suitable.

GIFT CARDS

Gift card purchases are non-refundable. However, we are happy to transfer them.

PRODUCT RETURNS

All retail products can be returned for store credit or exchanged with a sales receipt within 14 days from Salon Blonde.

A NOISE-FREE SETTING

Please assist us in maintaining a tranquil environment by avoiding the use of cell phones, tablets, and gaming consoles. If you must use your electronic devices, please place them in silent mode to preserve a peaceful environment.

CHILDREN & PET POLICY

We can’t supervise children that do not have service appointments.  Sharp scissors, hot styling tools, and hazardous equipment make the salon non-conducive to children. Please arrange for child care so you and our other guests can relax and enjoy our hospitality. We love animals, but health regulations require us to request that you leave them at home, unless they are service animals with valid identification.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy to our guests and stylists, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or the full cost of the scheduled appointment may be charged.
