METHOD OF PAYMENT

Salon Blonde accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks and cash. All personal, in or out of state checks must include proper identification such as a driver’s license.

RETURN CHECK FEE

There is a $30 returned check fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy to our guests and technicians, appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled appointment.

PRODUCT RETURNS

All retail products can be returned for store credit or exchanged with a sales receipt within 14 days from Salon Blonde.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

Your satisfaction is our number one goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please call the salon within 5 days of your service. We will gladly meet with you at the salon for an assessment and possible correction of the service (with the same stylist that provided your original service). Please note: additional charges may be incurred if you have changed your mind from your initial consultation.

GRATUITY

Rates do not include gratuity. If you feel it is appropriate, gratuity is greatly appreciated.

GIFT CARDS

Gift card purchases are non-refundable. However, we are happy to transfer them.

NOISE-FREE ENVIRONMENT

Please help us maintain a peaceful environment by refraining from use of cell phone, tablet and gaming devices. If you must use your devices, please place them in silent mode to maintain a peaceful environment.

CHILDREN & PET POLICY

We can’t supervise children without appointments. Sharp scissors, hot styling tools, and heavy equipment make the salon non-conducive to children. Please plan for child care so that you, and our other guests, can relax and enjoy your visit with us. We love pets, but health codes require us to ask that you please leave them at home, unless they are service dogs with proper identification.
