Since 2012, Salon Blonde has operated from one defining belief: beautiful hair starts with healthy hair.

Our Foundation

Salon Blonde was founded by Pammelyn McCarthy and her husband Bill in 2012. Their vision continues to shape our team, our culture, and the experience we create today.

Pammelyn built Salon Blonde with a clear purpose: to create a salon experience grounded in thoughtful service, refined technique, and genuine respect for both the craft and the client.

She established the standard for care, consistency, professionalism, and hair health that continues to guide our work today.

Following her passing in 2021, we have carried that foundation forward with deep respect and responsibility. While leadership has evolved, the values she established remain central to everything we do—from our approach to healthy hair to the experience we create for every guest.

Salon Blonde exists because of her vision. Everything we continue to build is an extension of it.
