Recently moved from Kansas City where I had a 30 year relationship with a great hairstylist who was going to be hard to replace. Ely, the owner of this salon in Marana, is my new “go-to” person. She actually listens to her clients and provides honest feedback. She is magical with her coloring and pays attention to a person’s feelings during the process. Knows her way around a pair of scissors as well. The Salon is very zen and peaceful with a cheerful staff. And the pricing was very reasonable. So happy I found this place!!!!

I attended salon blonde for an updo for my prom, hesitantly choosing a salon I'd neve been to and wasn't quite familiar with. My expectations were BEYOND met, as I was taken care of, pampered, and dolled up just as I hoped.

Kennel is amazing. She is excellent at giving you the best haircut for your hair type bi have very fine hair and she made me a new woman. She is so thoughtful and very skilled. Thank you Jennell!!

I absolutely adore this Salon. The clean modern design is refreshing. My Stylist Daniel is an artist!! My hair has never looked or felt so good. After chatting with him about the issues I had been having with breakage. He suggested I was using to many products, and was most likely making the situation worse. After following his advice just a few weeks later, my hair is already so much healthier and shinny. 100% will be traveling back to AZ from California to have my hair cared for by Daniel.

The stylists are very hit and miss. I found one I loved but unfortunately she left. This salon has gone downhill since COVID. They never run on time, I always sit for a ridiculous amount of time. The cherry on top for me was when they called me asking if they could move the appointment I had made two months prior- I told them it was fine. I go in at the newly scheduled time and told that I was wrong and the time had been an hour prior. The woman at the front continued arguing until I showed her the voicemail SHE left me requesting the time change. They “squeezed me in” you know, for what should have been my appointment but she screwed up. Didn’t offer to make it right in any way. Nope, I sat for almost an hour, got a rushed haircut and sent on my way. Dissatisfied after years of going. I found a better salon that acts more professional.

Was at Salon Blonde last night, and I am so impressed with everything they have done to remain compliant during this pandemic! I was met at the front door, my temperature was taken, I was asked if I was feeling well today. All employees and clients had on masks. There were hand sanitizer stations throughout the salon. Each stylist was at least six feet apart, and I observed different stylists completely sanitizing their stations between clients. The sinks were separated by full length curtains. The entire salon was sparkling and professional.The salon was wonderful before the pandemic but they found a way to top themselves!If you haven’t been to this salon, you must try it!

Outstanding. Amazing. Love it love it. Salon Blonde has forever changed my life. Katie is my saving grace every month. She is absolutely the most incredible Stylist I have ever had. My hair is such a part of who I identify myself with and Katie gets it. From the first day I met Katie for my Consultation to today (six + Years strong) she amazes me. Her talents only get stronger (btw I had never met a Stylist with her level of skills in my decades of getting my hair cut) as well as Salon Blonde stays ahead of the curve when in comes to Who’s got it going on in the Salon world? Salon Blonde does. My heartfelt thanks to Salon Blonde, Katie, Pammelyn, Carmen, Julie, Daniel and all the remaining staff that make Salon Blonde amazing.

Pamela is an amazing therapist! She knows just how to work out those tight spots and help you relax. Or if your skin could use some attention she is highly skilled in facials, make up, and other skin care treatments/services. She is so kind and truly loves what she does! Her space is relaxing, clean, and quiet. Hurry, give her a call her spots fill up fast!

I get my hair cut in Milan Italy where I live half the year and the only place closest to their quality is Salon Blonde. Salon Blonde uses the Aveda products which are the best in the world. I'm a brunette but used to be a blonde, they make blonde great and brunette great. The salon is ultra clean, stylish and fun. You will feel very comfortable there, it has that comfortable and welcoming atmosphere which comes from the stylists that work there who make you feel beautiful and welcome!!

I came in for a haircut a week or so ago, after going to multiple barbers in the past, figured I would try a real salon and could not have been more pleased. My stylists name was Rebecca, she's new and I was on edge at first but she was very attentive to everything I wanted and listened to everything I had to say. The outcome was perfect, and better than I could have ever imagined. Professional cut from a professional stylist. Guys I would recommend this salon even if you have a regular barber!

My experience at Salon Blonde is always amazing! From the time you walk in the door you are greeted with warmth and smiles. I was a regular customer at this salon always coming in for a root touch up and my stylist was usually supervised by Daniel. This last time Daniel was busy and the stylist proceeded to hack my hair (not by my choice), do a poor job on color. When I issued a fairly frantic complaint because not only is my hair or should I say was my hair beautiful but I am in the middle of several modeling jobs. My agency and the affiliates were disturbed by the awful hack job done on my hair. So they (Daniel and Pam) had me come in and looked at my hair in person and admitted it was terrible (pictures were sent to them immediately of before and after). Their response was we can't grow your hair back (OK, understandable) asked for extensions since I was obligated to look a certain way for my photo shoots. They proceeded to give me ever excuse under the moon of how it was not possible. The owner had my color neutralized and gave me promises of hair color and conditioning for a extended period of which she never defined. Several other salons in town said the extensions were of course possible and the Salon Blonde was just too cheap to do it. Since then I have called with no return courtesy and even requested the monies back to go elsewhere even though it would be my expense to try to get close to what my agency expected for my hair. No reply, no refund, no schedule of repair. They humored me for one appt to listen to my story, blew smoke and failed miserably from a customer service side. I have before and after pictures and will be willing to share with anyone who would like to conform the terrible hack job that was done, admitted to but never taken care of. In all my time dealing with salons I have never had such an bad hack job, poor customer service and just plain ignored. I might add that they fired the stylist who they claim had many other issue prior to my hair being ruined and while the owner was away the intention was to terminated her employment when she returned and had nothing to do with my situation. So I ask then why was she allowed to work on my hair. Hair that was suppose to be touched up and not chopped up. This will continue until they respond and follow through on their HUGE mistake and grossly poor customer service.11/11/19 Look at the pictures yourself and judge. She never had her haircut only colored on her appointments and DID not ask for a cut. As for your inch - you judge this hack job and tell me this was an inch or anything other then a disaster. You told us it was impossible to do extensions not that they were too costly but in your words not possible,Messages were left for you to return regarding a so called plan. when there was no response we asked for a refund still no response. Now on a public platform you want to act like you reached out. That day you said a plan would be developed and you would be in touch with us. Be happy to share the recording of that and/or any texts.Just own up to the fact that your x-employee screwed up the girls hair and that you did nothing to follow up or make us feel like it was handled. After the initial conversation with Daniel which was handled well but he had no control until your return. Then waiting for you to come back, get harassed because you terminated your employee for reason that were supposedly not associated with this cut but yet we were verbally attacked because of the termination. Maybe if you would of done that prior to your vacation we would not have suffered with a hack job. Be happy to share your exact words describing it and continue this fun but all we are looking for is our refund because you have offered nothing else that can compensate for the incompetence. Oh and you didn't intimidate me by using my name but its great that you don't mind disclosing the privacy of a minor. Keep up the good work.Wishing you and yours the best! The Forrester's

Coming from out of town this place was recommended by my sister, though as a curly haired girl getting a recommendation from a straight haired person I still wasn’t sure. Denise was fabulous! I was shampooed, cut and styled in under 45 minutes and she did a great job. We talked about the cut I wanted, she was friendly and chatty through the appointment and I walked out a pleased customer. I will schedule a follow up appointment when I’m in town again for sure. $65 for a haircut is what I paid back home, so it seems reasonable to me!
