SERVICE GUARANTEE
Our primary goal is to ensure your satisfaction. Please contact the salon within five days of your visit if you are dissatisfied with the service you received. We would be delighted to meet with you at the salon to conduct an evaluation with the stylist who performed your initial service and determine the best next steps. Please be aware that you may be subject to additional service charges if your hair requires a change following your initial consultation.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
The payment methods accepted by Salon Blonde include Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, Venmo, Visa+, PayPal and PayPal USD, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Chainlink, Litecoin, cash, and personal checks with valid identification.
PRODUCT RETURNS
All retail products can be returned for store credit or exchanged with a sales receipt within 14 days of purchase.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments. Last-minute changes significantly impact our stylists and other clients on our waiting list.
Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 50% payment of the scheduled service(s). No-shows will incur a charge for the full amount of the scheduled service(s).
A NOISE-FREE SETTING
Please assist us in maintaining a tranquil environment by avoiding the use of cell phones, tablets, and gaming consoles. If you must use your electronic devices, please place them in silent mode to preserve a peaceful environment.
CHILDREN & PET POLICY
We are unable to supervise children who do not have service appointments. The salon is unsuitable for children due to the presence of hazardous equipment, hot styling tools, and sharp scissors. Kindly arrange for child care to enable you and our other guests to unwind and appreciate our hospitality. We have a great love for animals; however, health regulations necessitate that you leave them at home, unless they are service animals with valid identification.
RETURN CHECK FEE
There is a $50 fee for any checks that are returned.
GIFT CARDS
Gift card purchases are non-refundable. However, we are happy to transfer them.
GRATUITY
Gratuities are not included in service fees. Any gratuity that is deemed appropriate are appreciated.
